Great piece about the excess of money, power and government

This article in the Atlantic is an excellent article about in depth reporting and telling a story to explain to readers about how a problem gets propagated.

I wish we had more of this in our press.

How can Boston City Council get a new staff director more responsive to enquiries for Council public communications?... For example the Council publication "Organization of City Government" isn't made available to the people by the staff director to whom the Council President forwards enquiries for this publication listed at http://www.cityofboston.gov
