No one from City Hall testified at the Governors Ethics Task Force?

The Governor relented and posted the public comments presented at the Public meeting online. You can see them here:

I am almost surprised that no one from City Hall, no City Councilors, no one from the Mayors office, no one from the City Law Department came to testify about how our government can be more ethical.
